Job Title: Financial Systems Manager, Hyperion
Job Description:
The Financial Systems Manager, Hyperion is responsible for continued development, oversight and maintenance of the Hyperion Planning System, contributing to Overture’s Finance Team with an emphasis on client support as well as future enhancements of the Hyperion Product. Key Responsibilities: ·Supports timely and accurate reporting of critical financial information, as well as the maintenance and preservation of data in Overture’s Hyperion Planning System as the system’s administrator. ·Quickly responds to and resolves system malfunction, data integrity and security concerns. ·Programs basic financial modeling calculations in Hyperion Planning System to support the dynamic growth of Overture’s business. ·Develops web-based input forms and output reports in supporting world-wide user base of Overture’s finance team. ·Responsible for special projects and providing ad hoc analysis as required to support Overture’s planning process. ·Implements new system enhancements as Hyperion features become available or as Overture’s business needs change or grow. For more information, please visit Skills/Qualifications: ·Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or other applicable discipline. 2 to 4 years of related work experience. ·Current computer modeling skills including outstanding knowledge of spreadsheet applications (Excel) and databases: Hyperion Essbase or similar OLAP application preferred, otherwise, Access or other relational database application experience is essential. ·Basic understanding of budgeting and financial reporting. ·Demonstrated commitment to customer service with good interpersonal skills, initiative and follow-through. ·Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-disciplined team environment. ·Experience working with the product’s end users (i.e., not technically oriented) as well as more technically oriented personnel ·Strong written and verbal communication skills. ·Able to handle multiple priorities with effective organizational skills.
